Mr. Nishank K. L.

Mr. Nishank K. L. completed his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Bangalore University between 2008 and 2011. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2013. Through consistent professional excellence, he later earned the designation of Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

He completed his Articleship training with M/s N. N. Yuvaraj and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore. Following his qualification, he worked with Ernst & Young in the Audit service line for a brief period before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Private Limited, where he served in the Tax and Regulatory service line from 2013 to 2015.

With extensive corporate exposure, Mr. Nishank has provided professional services to several multinational clients during his tenure at EY and PwC. His areas of expertise include start-up advisory, business planning and structuring, corporate fund-raising, domestic and international taxation, transfer pricing, income tax representation, audits, and due diligence. His strong analytical skills and practical insights make him a trusted professional in the field of finance and taxation.
