Nishank K. L. Obtained his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University from 2008 to 2011. He completed his Chartered Accountancy Course during the year 2012 was admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the year 2013.
His Articleship training was under M/s N. N. Yuvaraj and Associates, Chartered Accountants in Bangalore. Post qualification, he was employed with M/s Ernst and Young for a brief period in the Audit service line. He moved to M/s Princewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited and worked from 2013 to 2015, under Tax and Regulatory service line.
He comes with wide corporate expertise and has rendered services to various multinational clients during his tenure with E & Y and PwC. His area of practice includes start-up advisory, business planning, and structuring, fund raising for corporates, corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing matters, income tax representations, audits and due diligence, etc.
