Dr. Jayaprakash M.G., our esteemed Founder Secretary, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the helm of Jaihind Group of Institutions. With a diverse educational background, including a B.E., GNIIT, M.S., M.B.A., M.Sc., PGDMM, and a Ph.D., Dr. Jayaprakash has acquired a formidable array of qualifications.
After dedicating over eight years to a Multinational Company, Dr. Jayaprakash moved to the field of education in 2015, driven by his passion for nurturing the younger generation. His guidance and counsel illuminates students, empowering them to navigate their educational journey with confidence and purpose. Under his mentorship, students are provided with the tools and insights needed to carve a niche for themselves in their chosen vocations.

Schooling and Ventures

Dr. Jayprakash’s journey from a determined student to a self-made individual is a profound influence of his upbringing. Born to Sri. M.R. Gopalakrishna and Smt. Prabhavathy M. G, residents of Vijayanagar, Bangalore. His formative years were shaped by the loving guidance of his mother, who served as his driving force and mentor.
A talented individual, he completed his schooling at St. Ann’s High School, pursued his Pre-University education at KLE College, and obtained his B.E. degree from VTU. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue Masters in various disciplines and complete research in Educational Management.
Even at a young age of 18, Dr. Jayprakash exhibited exceptional commitment. His days would begin early, with morning study sessions followed by attending B.E. classes. In the evenings, he generously offered free tuition classes to children in his neighborhood. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Jayprakash never flickered in his academic pursuits, studying late into the night to excel in his own studies.
Upon joining IBM in 2008, Dr. Jayprakash continued his commitment to education alongside his professional endeavors. Balancing his work responsibilities during the week, he dedicated his evenings and weekends to teaching and furthering his own education. His remarkable dedication and tireless efforts reflect his deep-rooted belief in the power of education to transform lives.

Personality

A devout follower of Shirdi Sai Baba, Dr. Jayprakash finds solace and guidance in spirituality. His interest in music reflects his appreciation for the arts, while his keen sense of style underscores his love for dressing and attention to detail.
Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and the reverend Dr. Sri Sri Sri. Shivakumara Swamiji, Dr. Jayprakash embraces their principles of compassion, service, and self-realization. His commitment to personal growth is evident in his daily routine, which commences with yoga, gym and running at the break of dawn. As a dedicated marathoner, he exemplifies discipline and endurance.
A firm believer in the adage “Good people create excellent people,” Dr. Jayprakash fosters an environment of inclusivity and encouragement. He upholds the Sanskrit verse “Sarve Janaha Sukhino Bhavanthu,” treating everyone with equality and respect. With his wealth of experience and wisdom, he identifies and nurtures talent, empowering individuals to excel.

It is with great pride and excitement that I reflect upon the remarkable progress and achievements of Jaihind Group Of Institutions. As the Founder Secretary, witnessing this journey of growth and success fills my heart with immense pleasure.
At Jaihind Group of Institutions, we firmly believe in creating a nurturing and empowering learning environment. Our mission is to bring in our students the adaptability, and determination needed to embrace challenges, navigate competitions, and transform setbacks into opportunities for growth and success.

HOW IT ALL STARTED !

It is the efforts and vision of Dr. Jayaprakash which has catapulted Jaihind to where it is today. Dr. Jayaprakash who is a certified counselor and a motivational speaker could have easily stayed with his IT job, where he had reached the level of Senior Technical Architect in just 7 years of corporate journey. But his love for teaching and passion to train young minds made him quit his well paying job and spearhead Jaihind, which he has done with great aplomb
As a young college going student, Dr. Jayaprakash took great interest in teaching and guiding school students. Many students who were guided by him have gone on to achieve great success in their lives. This acted as a source of motivation for him to push his boundaries which he did by teaching multiple subjects to his students. His wards would score great marks in their exams and credit Dr. Jayaprakash for their success, while all this was happening it was but natural for Dr. Jayaprakash to reignite his passion for teaching which led to him quitting his IT job
Being a runner and having participated in various national and international level marathons, Dr. Jayaprakash is a source of inspiration to everyone at Jaihind. Because of his exploits in sports, dedication and never say die attitude comes naturally to Dr. Jayaprakash. His sports background can be seen in the functioning of Jaihind Group of Institutions, the discipline with which it is run and the system that have been put in place will give a fair idea about Dr. Jayaprakash’s leadership quality and attention to details.
Even though he is a well connected man, Dr. Jayaprakash never used any of his contacts for any unfair gain. His philosophy ‘Contacts should be used to help people in need’ is something that the entire team at Jaihind Group of Institutions follow. We ensure that the students who are in need are given the best of training which will in turn mould them into responsible global citizens.
