Dr. Jayaprakash M.G., our esteemed Founder Secretary, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the leadership of Jaihind Group of Institutions. With an impressive educational background, including a B.E., GNIIT, M.S., M.B.A., M.Sc., PGDMM, and a Ph.D., he has attained a remarkable array of qualifications.

After dedicating over eight years to a multinational company, Dr. Jayaprakash transitioned to the field of education in 2015, driven by his passion for nurturing the younger generation. His guidance and mentorship inspire students, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to navigate their educational journey successfully. Under his leadership, students are empowered to carve a niche for themselves in their chosen careers.

Dr. Jayaprakash M.G. is the visionary architect behind the success of Jaihind Group of Institutions. A leader of formidable academic caliber, his qualifications span Engineering, Management, and Research, culminating in a Ph.D. in Educational Management.

His transition from the corporate world to the academic sphere is a testament to his purpose. After a rapid 9 years ascent in the IT industry, reaching the prestigious rank of Senior Technical Architect at a global MNC (IBM), Dr. Jayaprakash chose to leave a high-profile corporate career to follow his true calling: nurturing the younger generation. Since 2016, his guidance has served as a beacon for thousands of students, empowering them to navigate their educational journeys with confidence and a clear vocational purpose.

The Journey of a Self-Made Visionary

From Humble Beginnings to Global Success Born in Vijayanagar, Bangalore, to Sri. M.R. Gopalakrishna and Smt. Prabhavathy M.G., Dr. Jayaprakash’s life is a masterclass in dedication. His mother remains his greatest influence and mentor. His educational journey—from St. Ann’s High School and KLE College to obtaining his B.E. from VTU—was defined by an extraordinary work ethic.

At just 18 years old, while most peers were focused solely on their studies, Dr. Jayaprakash’s day began at dawn. After his own morning studies and a full day of engineering classes, he dedicated his evenings to offering free tuition classes to neighborhood children. This early experience in guiding others to success became the fuel for his lifelong passion for education. Even while working at IBM, he never flickered in his commitment, spending weekends teaching and furthering his own multiple Master's degrees.

Philosophy, Personality & Sportsmanship

The Discipline of a Marathoner A dedicated marathoner who has participated in numerous State and National events, Dr. Jayaprakash brings the "never-say-die" attitude of a sportsman to the administration of Jaihind. This background is reflected in the systematic discipline and meticulous attention to detail found throughout our institutions.

Values & Spirituality As a devout follower of Shirdi Sai Baba and inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and the reverend Dr. Sri Sri Sri. Shivakumara Swamiji, he embraces the principles of compassion and self-realization. His philosophy is simple yet profound: “Good people create excellent people.” He upholds the Sanskrit verse “Sarve Janaha Sukhino Bhavanthu” (May everyone be happy), ensuring an environment of inclusivity and equality.

Integrity in Action Despite being highly connected, Dr. Jayaprakash lives by the code: “Contacts should be used to help people in need.” This ethos ensures that Jaihind remains a place where students are trained not just for exams, but to become responsible, ethical global citizens.
